Shipping policy

Orders will be ready and delivered during the time selected at the checkout. If someone is not home during the time of delivery, we will contact you. If there is no answer, the cake may be left at the delivery location. We cannot be held responsible to any damages if we have tried to contact you and you have selected for delivery during the time of delivery. 

In circumstances where there is no safe space to leave the cake, we may bring the cake back to the shop. The delivery fee is non-refundable if we have attempted delivery. The order will then have to be collected or redelivered at extra costs. 

If you require a time of delivery that is outside our selection window at checkout, please enquire via email to organize. We can only provide a time frame as a guide for deliveries. This is subject to change on the day, pending traffic and other factors. 

The price will depend on location- please enter your address and checkout for the delivery fee. Free pick up is also available in store.
